Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco was born in Canada. She is American. Her catalog includes more than 20 albums. DiFranco's music has been classified as folk rock and alternative rock although it also has influences from punk funk hip beat and jazz. Ani DiFranco is widely recognized as an icon of women's rights and Grammy-winning performer, is regarded as to be the first pioneer of DIY music.
