Lis Wiehl was born August 19, 1962 and is a former Fox News legal analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Washington Law School. She has been a legal analyst for the National Public Radio's radio program and The Radio Factor hosted by Bill O'Reilly. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl she was born and grew up in Yakima located in Washington State, graduated in Yakima at West Valley High School. She earned her bachelor's from Barnard College, followed by an MA in literature from University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as the deputy chief investigating counsel for Democrats from the House Judiciary Committee, during the impeachment of Clinton. She taught law as a tenured professor at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle which she was the manager of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 until 2001. She was an analyst at Fox News from 2001 until 2017.
