Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Being initially inspired by the shadows of trees that she saw on the grass, she did a lot of exploring a process that did not convey the selected object as a two-dimensional image on canvas. The subject becomes a replica of itself, and the canvas carries the painterly interpretation of the object, especially when it's a live object or perishable for example, fruit or humans. Alexa Meade's works are fleeting, but the photo is what remains. Both the painting and photographic techniques are so closely coordinated that the end result is a flat, two dimensional space which is able to achieve trompe l'oeil, wherein the third dimension can only be seen in specific areas, such as near the eyes, or near hair. Occasionally, Meade integrates her painted models into the three-dimensional world around them, allowing them to interact within their own self-created environment. In this way, she blurs the lines between painting, photography, performance and installation.
