Ellie Goulding

Ellie Goulding is a British musician and singer. She was born Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December, 1986 in Hereford. The infectious electronic music of Ellie Goulding quickly propelled her to the top charts after she was noticed by people in the year 2010. Her ability to do this with the songs "Starry Eyed" and "Guns and Horses". Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding stands at the top as are Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap, of mainstream contemporary music, and independent, arty pop. Her soprano voice and talent for writing emotional songs are what make her stand out.
